I LOVE my patients!
I really love my patients.
One of my regulars came in today and while waiting on a prescription to be sent over, and she mentioned she was going to run across the street to McDonald’s. Once she got back, I jokingly asked what she had brought me back. We both laughed, and I didn’t think anything of it.
After I rang her up, she actually ran back to McDonald’s and brought me breakfast. I never asked—but her kindness meant a lot.
It’s a small moment, but a powerful reminder of what happens when you treat people with respect and compassion. That’s the same energy and atmosphere I’ll bring to the Clerk’s office—one where people feel seen, valued, and appreciated.
